Soups, such as home made leek cream; carrots with a touch of orange, home make tomato soup, fosforera (the typical fishermen seafood soup).

Chicken Supremes orange cream style, chicken with cognac sauce, Roquefort pork-loins, fish catch of the day with butter almonds and white wine, stewed veal with cucumbers and shallots saté in mustard mayonnaise.

Avocado salad made with oranges and mayonnaise with a touch of honey, or captain's salad Savoyard (with Emmental cheese and nuts), three lettuces salad sauté with cheese chunks, tomatoes and egg slices, all sprigged with vinaigrette sauce of mustard.

Spaghetti alla Puttanesca (virgin olive oil, anchovies, garlic, tomato, olives, capers, in a perfectly balanced sauce of strong personality), pesto of fresh basil, or tomato and basil.

Home made custard caramel, chocolate surprises, or the chef's sweet inspiration.
